Randy has his very own special recipes that he uses his one of a kind BBQ Sauce on. We would like to share some of those tasty recipes from Randy’s own cookbook with you.

half- pound chicken breasts or tenders, boned, skinless
1/3-cup RJBBQ SAUCE
salt and pepper

Sprinkle with cheese and bake in 400 degree oven until cheese is brown and bubbly – 15 to 20 minutes Remove from oven, let stand 3 minutes, then slice with pizza cutter. Additional toppings: Pre-cooked lean bacon, cream cheese, canned diced green chilies, fresh basil, hot pepper flakes.
