Randy has his very own special recipes that he uses his one of a kind BBQ Sauce on. We would like to share some of those tasty recipes from Randy’s own cookbook with you.

Short Ribs

3-4 lbs. beef short ribs, cut into 2- inch lengths
1 onin, chopped
1 tbs. butter
1 cup of Randy Jones BBQ Sauce

Place short ribon a broiler pan
Broil until well-browned to remove excess fat
Transfer to crockery pot
Saute onion in butter until limp and golden
Pour in Randy Jones BBQ Sauce
Heat until blended
Pour over ribs
Cover
Coke low (200 degres) for 8 hours.
Makes 4 Serving

E-Z Slow Cooker BBQ Beef

3-5 lb. Cross rib or other beef roast
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 bottle RJBBQ SAUCE
1 med onion (cut up)

Cut roast in large chunks, add dry onion soup mix, onion and RJ BBQ Sauce. Mix all, cook 8-10 hours on low. Serve over rice, pasta. Thanks to Susie Tyler San Diego, CA.
